About California Proposition 65

What you need to know:

Proposition 65 entitles California consumers to warnings for products that contain chemicals known to the state of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm if those products expose consumers to such chemicals above certain levels.

If a product requires a Proposition 65 warning, the warning may be located with or on the product packaging, or the warning may be located on your receipt or order confirmation document.

How are the pedals built?

We take pride in hand-building the pedals with meticulous attention to detail. Using traditional through-hole construction and only premium parts are used; Vishay, Omite, KOA Speer & Allen Bradley resistors, Wima, Vishay and Panasonic capacitors, Neutrik jacks, Texas Instruments, Lumberg NEB/J 21 C DC jack, Aluminum knobs and 3PDT Gorva soft click footswitces, we ensure a high-quality and reliable product. Each pedal is carefully soldered, wired for True Bypass, and built to last, providing you with years of exceptional performance.

What power supply do the pedals require?

The pedals operate on a 9v DC center-negative power supply and up to 18v. It doesn’t accept batteries. We recommend using an isolated power supply for optimal performance, although it is not mandatory. “Not” to exceed 18v.

Do the pedals come with a warranty?

Yes, we stand by our products. The Pedals are covered by a 5-year warranty to the original owner, to all parts and workmanship. We believe in the quality and craftsmanship of our pedals and want you to have peace of mind when making your purchase.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! ~ We offer free USPS Priority Mail shipping within the US lower 48, we can provide international shipping. If you’re located outside the US, please reach out to us through the contact page, and we will assist you with ordering and shipping details specific to your Country/region.

Can I modify the pedal?

We advise against attempting any modifications to the pedals. Modifying the pedal in any way “voids” the warranty and could potentially cause damage or affect its performance. We stand behind the design and functionality of our pedals, and we believe it will exceed your expectations without modification!
