Warranty
All pedals are covered by a 5-year warranty for all workmanship, mechanical, and electrical failures. What the warranty doesn’t cover, damage caused by spilling liquids on the pedal, using AC power, exceeding 18 volts/power, attempting to modify the pedal, throwing it off a cliff and similar situations.
Our pedal warranty is non-transferable and only available to the original owner/purchaser, for ANY problems related to the function or operation of that pedal due to faulty parts and/or other internal problems. You do not need to contact us to register your warranty, only the original proof of purchase will be required if return is needed. In the USA, we can provide a shipping label for products that are less than 30 days old, out of the USA, lower 48, we will pay half of the shipping price. If it is past the 30 days from date received & the product is still under the warranty policy, the customer will be responsible for shipping to us for repairs. We will cover the return shipping cost back to the customer. For non-warrantied pedals, “all” shipping charges will be covered by the customer. We do not cover things such as broken knobs, pots and jacks due to abuse, however, we will repair issues like these or other non-warranty issues at a very reasonable price. (“if” purchased with a coupon/discounted price, you are responsible for return shipping)
Return Policy

We offer a refund and/or exchange or upgrade within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed, you will not be offered a refund of any kind. We will still except an exchange or upgrade, and this will be dependent on the condition of the product purchased. Do not return any item without contacting us first, we will not be responsible for the item if you do not follow the guidelines.
Eligibility for Refunds

You have 30 days to return your pedal. The pedal must be in the same condition that you received it. If not in the same condition, you will be charged a restocking fee up to 20% depending on the condition, if it is in bad condition, it will be returned to you with no option for return, exchange – etc. The pedal does not need to be returned in the original packaging. To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchange or Upgrade
If you would like to exchange it for a different item or an upgrade. The upgrade will be the value of the item purchased and the cost to cover the additional amount.
